Over the last ten or so years, Bulgaria has become a well known and well thought of Skiing country in its own right. At one point, there was no reason to go to Bulgaria for skiing unless you were looking for the cheapest deal possible, but it has to be said that there has been significant investment over the last ten years or so and this has resulted in the development of some delightful ski resorts.
