One of the great places on earth that I want to visit is Alaska. Its natural scenery, cold climate, unspoiled beauty and friendly people are some things I want to explore. Some of its tourist attractions include Mt. McKinley (the tallest mountain in North America) and Denali Park and Preserve. Mt. McKinley and its neighboring peaks are accented by magnificent valley glaciers and steep ice-carved gorges and a year-around mantle of snow and ice above 8,000 feet. Kenai Fjords National Park and Wrangell-St. Elias National Park also offer exciting recreational opportunities. Tourists can frequently see abundant marine wildlife in these parks. Some of these are sea lions, sea otters and puffins.
