My First Nascar Race was a Blast

Thanks for the guest post by Laura Mitchell
Recently I went to my first Nascar race, and I had such a good time that I wanted to write a bit about it. The Nascar race was in Florida, which is a bit south from where I live. My wife and I were convinced by the couple next door to accompany them in their new RV. It was a really nice RV with more than enough room for all of us. I said that I was a bit unsure about going down in an RV because I didn't want to stand out. My neighbors just chuckled.
The drive was about 6 hours, which was just enough time to read about half of a new book I had recently bought. My wife was drinking coffee, so we had to stop several times along the way so that she could use the restroom. When we finally arrived, I was shocked. There were more RVs in one place than I had ever seen in my life. I talked to some of the other people there, and they said that they live in their RVs and travel to every Nascar event all year. I told them that I would love to do that, but my wife would never allow me to quit my job.
One thing that was annoying was that our neighbors always seemed to be worried about the security of their home. I had set the SecurityChoice home security alarm on my home, so the thought never crossed my mind.
